I think you may just need to try again and hold the "shift" button down when refreshing.  I had the same problem with Vdomains.com but after reading the article above I noticed I had to keep trying.  I kept trying and eventually it refreshed and started installing.. The next problem I had was a SQL dbo error.. no permissions.  I researched this and found that I had to change my web.config to use the same database user I used in my connection string.  Down at the bottom of the web.config it tries to read the database version using the username 'dbo'.  Change that to the username in your connection string.  It worked right away and I'm up and running.  Sweet!  Hopefully some of this might help.
