I'm attempting to use the DNN Text Suggest control on a DNN 4.9 install.

On one control, I've got the text suggest working fine - it works against a pre-defined list of values.

On another control, the list being built is dependent on the value of other controls on the screen.  But building the list as a response to the 'PopulateOnDemand' event, I see that the request that processes the event is not a postback (ie Page.IsPostback = false).  Now, I need access to either hte v13wstat3 and/or the other control values - neither of which is possible if the request is not a postback.

Am I doing something wrong to cause the raised event request to be not a postback, or is that by design?  Is there anything I can do to trigger a postback (not on enter, but with the stopping of typing characters)

I've tried switching the 'partialRendering' flag on and off to see - it makes no discernible difference.
