So I've installed DotNetNuke on one server and I'm able to open the website (http://localhost/ehealth) without any problems. Now I want to access that site from another server within the network and when I type in the URL with the ip address of the server I get page cannot be found.  Is there something I have to setup or configure to get this to work?

yes, you need to add the other address as an alias in dotnetnuke. To add a portal alias, log in as the a superuser (such as 'host'), and go to sites->site settings. Scroll to the bottom, and you'll see the portal alias dialog. Just add in the name of your live site
