Hello,

I have a DNN installation on my development workstation where I installed the DNN version AspDotNetStoreFront. Apparently when you access the StoreFront admin, it accesses for some reason /login.aspx, which is fine.

However, I move my installation to another server by moving the files and database to the new server and changing the PortalAlias table and now everytime I try to access the StoreFront admin, I get a 404 page because /login.aspx is not accessible anymore.

This doesn't make sense to me as I have strictly the same DLLs and tables. The key is to be able to access /login.aspx. Does anybody have any idea how to retore the access to this page?

Thanks

Nico

I don't know what you mean by "when you access the StoreFront admin, it accesses for some reason /login.aspx," but the Url for the Admin > AspDotNetStorefront Admin menu item is hard-coded into the DNN Tabs table. The Url looks something like http://www.mydomain.com/admin/aspdnsf/default.aspx.

Check the Url in the Tabs table to make sure it matches your current setup.

To be more clear, whenever I click on the link AspDotNetStorefront Admin, or whenever I access http://www.mydomain.com/admin/aspdnsf/default.aspx, it works on my development server. However, on my testing server, it redirects me to http://www.mydomain.com/login.aspx and return a 404 error - page not found.

When I access http://www.mydomain.com/login.aspx, on the development server, it work and I get the login page, but not on the test server (404).

Did you check th Url in your Tabs table? It's probably a URL not will not resolve on your dev server.
