Actually, I have not only one, but two problems that I would appreciate if someone could help me to solve.

Both problems are related to the Authentication Module using Active directory

 

1) Users are not auto-logging in into the portal.

I have already filled out the range of IP Addresses and also have wiped them out, since I know that if I left this field blank, then the provider will try to login all visitors to the site.

Anyways... Both ways are not working.

 

2) When synchronizing Roles, even creating the security role with the same name of Windows AD group, the users are not being assigned to it.

Although I really think it's not necessary, The role name was created with Case Sensitive, just like the name of the Windows AD group.

 

I've been reading the Active Directory Users Guide, which was fair enough to help me to solve other authentication problems, but unfortunately not these ones.
