Has anyone purchased DNN Commercial Support and what are your experiences with their level of service? Currently we are in the process of trying to obtain their support, but have not heard a response back in 9 days regarding finalizing the payments etc... I just want to ensure that this is not an indication of the response we will get when dealing with their support team.

NOTE:  This thread is NOT intended to discredit DNN support services. It is an inquiry to gather more information about their support service level quality from other members who has procured this service from DNN.

All of our Sales folks were at the DotNetNuke OpenForce conference last week and it is possible your inquiry became part of the backlog which they are processing this week. We appreciate your patience and I will ensure somebody gets back to you as soon as possible.

Another important point to consider is that the response time is longer whenever a straightforward purchase transaction is not possible. This includes situations where a business wishes to use a Purchase Order with terms different from our standard terms or has a complicated vendor qualification process that requires us to invest time in completing forms online and offline.
