i have built a custom module that searches for items in the database, after entering the search criteria and hitting the search button, i am getting a list of products.

what i need to do is to display this list in the catalog module (store component ) that i have placed in the same page. how can i connect my module to the catalog in order to do that ?

any help wouldbe very appreciated.
