OK, applogies for being straight forward. But, would it not be better to have a simplified, basic, stable version, than nothing at all?

About the old 3.x versions are not compatible with Dnn 4.x versions it is not better to distribute this versions.

Is there any update on the use of the Gallery Module with a DNN 4.x (in my case 4.9.02) site?  Seems last post here was about two months ago, and when I went to the download section for the Gallery, it clearly stated not to use 3.0.12 in a 4.x or 5.x site (however the last update to the install package was just a couple days ago on Feb 15th, 2009)..

The 3.00.12 release from 2006 is still the only public release. I strongly warn against using that version on any DNN 4.x site especially if it is a public facing site. The last update to the Gallery release page on Feb 15, 2009, was apparently an update of the text of the page - not the install package.

The Gallery project team is currently working through a number of issues that were found during the release tracker testing process. Once we feel that all significant outstanding issues have been taken care of, it will be resubmitted for testing. At this time we can not give an estimate of when the 4.03.00 version of the module will be finally released.
