Hmm, just tried that and don't get the problem.

  • What is your default language?
  • What version of DNN are you on?
  • Do you add the event as Host/Admin/Other?
  • When you go to add the event, is the event description already populated with some text? It should say Enter Event Description.
  • When you installed the module, are you sure there were no errors on installtion?

Sorry many questions, just trying to get a clue. I can see it is a problem with tooltip creation from your orginal error, but I can't see why. Can you look and see if there are any other errors showing in the event log?

Thanks
Roger

Don't worry about the number of questions.  My list of questions for people i program for can get quite lengthy...

Default Language--us-en

DNN version --  04.09.00

Event is added as host

The event is already populated

I didn't see any errors when installing the module.  I uninstalled and re-installed the module again and didn't see any color other than success.  I will be out the rest of the day, but if you give me the next few steps, i can get back with you Monday.

Well you've got me fooled now. I can only think that something else in your DNN installation is causing a problem. I'll keep looking into it.

Roger

There is another thread very similar to this in the forum. I'd like to debug it.

Are you able to give me access to a backup of your site, so I can debug? If so, mail me at webmaster @ the domain in my profile.

Thanks
Roger

OK, I have a bug fix for this one. It will happen when there is not virtual directory below the domain name. I test in localhost/400, which doesn't cause a problem, whilst just localhost does.
