I have also fixed another bug, which presented in a very similar way. I'm pretty sure that one of the two fixes will solve this problem. It will be mean a restore and re-upgrade though I'm afraid.

Excellent!  That appears to have fixed the problem.  Thanks.  Is the final release going to allow for the module to work if localhost is the root site?  Are there any workarounds for the issue?

I don't have a work around for the current beta, but I imagine we should have a new beta fairly soon. The next beta will have this problem fixed.

The fix for adding a virtual directory did the thrick for me aswell.

However, i did stumble on some other problems aswell:

  • When in month view, selecting the event will make it go in listview, i would like it to go in event display mode like the other two views do. And if you select to have it open into a new page, i even shows nothing at all.
  • List view mode, the location can not be shown, instead, an "until" field is shown with no text in it, i tried adding all the fields, but none of them show the location of the event
  • A fourth mode would be nice aswell :-), being a day view, with a detailed view of the day like the week view.
  • Adding the colors for the categories is a nice extra, just a shame you cant fill in hex values yourself :-), i would like to keep it to the colors used in the site.

For the rest, some really nice new features.

Hi Stegaan,

  • Have you got 'Disable Month View Cell Events' ticked? This hides the text in the month, and just highlights which days have events. If so, then the module will go to a list view for the day you click on.
  • I must have had a really off day when I did the Location addition, no where near complete. It will be in the next beta! The Until field shows the end date, when an events is a recurring event. Also a bug fix included in the next beta so you can hide.
  • Perhaps you would like to raise this request on Gemini, the details are in my signature strip.
  • I think the colurs have been limited to web safe colours. Not sure of the impact of allowing a wider range of colurs. Again, raise it on Gemini.
