Hi Ian,

This looks very promising...  I really appreciate the link!  This definitely looks like a system I can use until I can work with Chris on an updated solution for my business.  Thanks!

Hi Ian,

After reviewing Contact Plus, it appears that it will allow end usres to sort, page, etc., but it doesn't say anything about allowing end users to add/edit their own personal contact list.  I am going to try and contact the company directly, but this still seems like the content must be added by the Administrator.

Yes, Chris... we are looking at a CRM solution to use for managing our sales reps, not in need or help desk or ticket system but more of a customer service type system.
