I gave this a try, but it doesn't appear the first entry in the SQL table is for 'host'.  When I tried to login to 'host' using the site and the copied/pasted encrypted password, I am unable to login.  I found a 'webadmin' account (which is listed as the Administration Account) but that doesn't seem to have a 'Host' tab next to the 'Admin' tab either.  As the User ID and Application ID fields are encrypted in the MySQL table, I can't tell which of them would be the 'host' account.  Is there a way to decrypt these columns? Any other suggestions??

Thanks a lot for the help so far. I hope we're close!

I just checked in one of the other tables that displays usernames, and I can't find a user 'host'.  Is it possible somebody changed the name of this special account to 'webadmin'?  Although I've tried logging in with webadmin and there doesn't seem to be a tab.  Where/what does this 'Host' Settings tab look like?

Nevermind.... I found the host account! Now I'll try changing the settings you suggested, and we'll see if that improves the "UsersOnline" module. Thanks for all the help thus far!

Okay- The settings in the 'Host' tab are enabled as they should be, but the module still isn't working.  At the moment, it's started registering SOME users, but others (who have been logged in for hours) are not picked up. Any ideas?
