Help.. I upgraded to version 5 and the login box is blank... The form doesn't show up and now I can't work on my site. There was a database error when I upgraded, but I didn't catch it in time?

I've just done a 4.9.1->5.0 upgrade and didn't see the issue - what version were you upgrading from?

Previously you could check the Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider for the results of the database scripts, but we now automatically delete these after running (as they could be used to profile dotnetnuke version). I'll see about adding them back in with a "safe" extension such as .resources so they can be used for diagnostics.

i note by going to http://www.musicaltheaternow.com/JoinUs/tabid/73/Default.aspx?returnurl=%2fHome%2ftabid%2f36%2fDefault.aspx I can see a module called login but no content - have you checked and made sure you copied across all the necessary files?

Also, any errors will be stored in your event log - if you're still logged in please check it, otherwise you'll have to access the database directly and try

select

* from eventlog

sorry, i should also have noted that on that page your registration is not showing -are you using a custom registration module?

Also, you have a javascript error in the code that creates your google tracking cookie (for analytics), perhaps this is causing an issue. If it's in your skin, i'd recommend you remove it temporarily.
