Alan,

I have seen the same problem, and did actually report it:

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/109/threadid/268239/scope/posts/Default.aspx

As you can see my trouble is related to my skin. Switching to the default skin made the trouble go away. Also I'm using the MLMENU, not the SOLPARTMENU.

So did you get anywhere with this, or does anyone else have any ideas on what's wrong?

Yes DNNNav2 is included in DNN 5 skins supplied, not solpart. I recommend that you get away from solpart if you can.

Just to clarity regarding my situation. I'm not using SOLPART and I have the problem. But the problem is only there if I use my skin, the problem dissapear if I use the default skin. I'm on 4.9.
