Maybe the site admins can share with us what they use for server health monitoring and recovery. I would like to implement ideas to keep the server running smoothly.

Restart the web service if cpu stays at some level for some extended period of time?

It is still running slow for me, but it is a lot better.  Last night I couldn't even go to the forums without things timing out.

We are still running through some troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the issue.  It started occuring after a recent upgrade and yesterday had the CPUs pegged on both webheads all day.  This only occured when placed in the production environment and did not occur in any of our staging or test environments.
