we upgraded the site and experienced some problems that have been worked on for the past 2 days, i was not part of the team working on it, so don't know the details, but it seems to be resolved now.

 My guess is that it has something to  do with the caching bug that is documented here:

http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=9038&PROJID=2

Even though the gemini article appears to be UsersOnline-specific, I'd guess that the issue really goes a little deaper than that since the code fix isn't in UsersOnline, it is in the core..

According to the site updates forum this site is still on 4.9.0 RC0 from back in August.  Do you think they are using the 4.9.1 version now?  They usually post in the update forum when they make a change like that, no?
