Bugs?

Having a few of problems with the Wiki module:

DNN is 4.09.00

Wiki module is 4.01.00

  1. On occasion clicking cancel causes a page validation error to complete the title of the page.
  2. Created a few wiki style links using the [[title]] syntax then click the link to edit the new page and get a page validation error of page already exists when clicking Save or Save & Continue.
    1. I've tried deleting the page the link goes to and recreating the page and it still reports the page exists.
  3. Module can't make up its mind if it wants to display content or not. Content is entered in, it may or may not show up in the module. Nothing in content history.

No exceptions are thrown in the log that might indicate if there's a problem.
