  Module Load Warning
One or more of the modules on this page did not load. This may be temporary. Please refresh the page (click F5 in most browsers). If the problem persists, please let the Site Administrator know.

I looked at the error in the event viewer and found:   'MemberServices' is ambiguous in the namespace 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Security'.
in file:  Users\ManageUsers.ascx.vb(837)

Then I looked at  the file
..httpdocs\Admin\Users\ManageUsers.ascx.vb
and saw that the line near 837

Private Sub SubscriptionUpdated(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As Security.MemberServices.SubscriptionUpdatedEventArgs) Handles ctlServices.SubscriptionUpdated

This problem happened some time after I installed the reports module so I am guessing it is related.

Can someone tell me how to clear this up?  Do I need to add a more detailed class name in front of Security.MemberServices...?

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

Do I need to reinstall everything?

this looks like a duplicate code file in your installation, AFAIR there has been reported such an upgrade issue before which can be soled by deleting a file. Search this site with google and look for an appropriate forum thread.

I dont know if this will help, but I just had this same type of issue on a 4.9? build of DNN. What it was is something inside the iFrame module. As soon as I installed it I started having issues, but, I went through the standard uninstall of that module and now my registration pages work fine again with no errors. Hope that helps!
