I have an active 4.08.02 portal with over two hundred children.  Occasionally when a user account is created, the associated aspnet_user account is not.  Some of these occurrences are from AD authentication and some are from manual account creation.  These users have issues when trying to log in and the only resolution seems to be deleting account and having user recreate.  This is obviously not desirable.

What could be causing the block of an aspnet_user account being created?
It seems as if the DNN user account is always created as there are no orphans in the other direction (as shown in database query)
Is there a work around, code hack, setting change that may help?

Thank You
