I changed those to Yes instead of Default and the errors stopped.

 

Changing those two values got rid of my errors as well.

What if you have the editor configured differently throughout the site? Wouldn't you have to do this for each instance?

That's a good question Nelson. I am wondering if we can set the defaults in the fckconfig.js. Without that I think the best case is to apply a Portal level config using the Custom Editor Options. Then I would select my Portal config and apply it to the Module level (using the "Apply custom settings to" option at the bottom of the config window). Then on Instances where you need an exception, apply the Portal level config to the Instance and then modify the Instance.

What is the solution for this fck provider error?
Error loading FCK setting (HTML Encode output)
