I just upgraded to version 5.00 and I noticed the module install option is gone and replaced with: install additional exstentions instead. How do I Add New Exstensions or Modules?

The page you are looking for is Module Definitions under the Host menu.

Hope that helps,

Thanks Brian, It appears I have another issue...When I open the HOST or ADMIN button and scroll down, there are no image icons, just boxes with an "X" in it. The image tag apprears to be not working. Is it possible to roll-back to a previous version? I tried...but the database won't roll-back. I'm assuming if I cannot fix this menu/ radio button issue in 5, I may have to go to my SQL admin guy and restore the previous version's database in back-up. I would like to avoid that if possible, only because it's a pain.

Your Thoughts?

Darryl

I'm not familiar with an error with the images in the host/admin menus.  You might ask a new question on this forum to see if anyone knows of this being an issue in DNN 5, whether there's a fix now or coming, etc.

In terms of doing a backup, you'd need to rollback both the SQL database (probably through your SQL admin) and your website's file system.

Hope that helps,

Hello,

How can I install "external" (bought) modules (extensions) in DNN 5.0.0?  Under module defenitions I can only see the core modules and I don't see the option to install a new (external) module.

Kind regards,

Kris
