hi mike:

I used an existing AD user to login by windows login.
I tried to login at three times with the same AD account in different username form.
First time, i use domain/username and be added to DNN user successfully.
Second time, i use username and be added to DNN user successfully.
Third time. i use username@domain and be added to DNN user successfully.
There are three users in DNN but they are all the same AD existing user.

any suggestiong? thanks

by the way, for user convience, can i login with a AD user without domainname? (domain/username-> username)?

AD users will always be added as either username@domain.com or domain\username (if they log in automatically it will always be domain\username). I believe that this has been logged in gemini but will have to double check.

As for your last question....you can but it takes some editing of the login.ascx. Take a look at this thread. Towards the end of it I've posted an updated script for the newer versions of the AD Provider.
