Hi,

I modified SearchResults.ascx & SearchResults.ascx.vb to check the parameters.

If you try http://gilbertsanz.hypersimple.com/R%C3%A9sultatsdelarecherche.aspx?Search=restaurant, an invisible (i.e. white on white) debug label shows the values given to SearchDataStoreProvider.Instance.GetSearchResults(PortalId, _searchQuery).
Once the page rendered, push [ctrl+a] to see the debug values.
The values are ok each time I try to search a word.

The collection used to receive the results of the search remains empty : =>
Dim Results As SearchResultsInfoCollection = SearchDataStoreProvider.Instance.GetSearchResults(PortalId, _searchQuery)

"Results.Count" value is 0 (zero).

there must be an issue with your database. Do you use a case sensitive collation? a different object qualifier or deatabase owner? sorry, this is the first time I hear about this error.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
