Okay, We have written our first module that is targeted as a free community module and we wish to allow people to help improve the module.  If I use the forge to create the project on CodePlex, Can I then begin putting together a team of interested people to enhance the project?  Does CodePlex work like a souce control system?  Any info on the process would be greatly appreciated.

yes, Codeplex.com is Microsoft's platform for OpenSource development. you are granted to manage your team, manage your source code (Jon Henning just ointed out in his blog on this site, how to use continuous integration with codeplex), releases, documentation and other project information.
