the following error is what is interesting

Server Error in '/DotNetNuke4' Application.: Section or group name 'data' is already defined. Updates to this may only occur at the configuration level where it is defined.

I have seen this error beofre when you nest once DNN applcation in a sub folder of anotherone...AND...do not set the virtual directory as an application.  What is happening is that .NET runtime is taking the settigns from the web.config from the root applcation and then moves to the sub folder and trys to use the settings from the subfolder as well.  You need to make sure they application is set up correctly so it doesnt read teh web.config from the root web app.
