Hello everyone, I've been trying to solve this error on my own for the better part of two days now and I'm hoping someone here can help me.  I have a hosting account with Discountasp.net.  I have SQL Server 2005 installed on a Windows server at my house that contains the DNN database.  I was trying to install DNN 5.0 on the remote site and while my database connections were working ok, it would time out or I would get any number of errors during the install.  So I decided to install it locally on the server with the web.config that I was using for the remote site.

The install went fine locally, so I then tried to move the files back to the remote site.  Now it's trying to redirect to localhost and so far this is what I've tried:

I have added both my website and the subdomain (www.mysite.net and subdomain.mysite.net) that I eventually want this to point to to the Http alias list.

I have added a redirect page to the root directory to point to the proper subdirectory.

I have recycled the app pool and restarted IIS.

I'm not sure what else to try now.  Everything I've tried up to this point is what I've been able to find googling and searching these forums.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?  Thanks for your time.
