please notice, that 04.05.03 is quite an old version, I suggest to upgrade to 4.9.2, I just verified on one of our portals, that online users are listed properly.

Well my turn, at its 18 months on from when this thread was last used. I have Version 5.1.0 of UsersOnline. Got 2 error messages: 1) Sheduler wasnt on, ok now is and message as gone 2) Users Online is currently disabled in HostSettings. Let me highlight number 2), it wasnt disabled. So I disabled it and re-enabled it and not working. All the setting described in post previous to mine are exactly the same. As the problem come back?

if you are using a language pack, please check the setting in english language, because the option has been inverted a couple of versions before and your language pack may display still the old (wrong) label and description.
