I don't see it.

As per Joe Brinkman's blog post it has been delayed by "at least a day".  That means that it *could* be today but it might not be.  I'd give it a week or two after it comes out anyway to see if any blaring issues are reported before you install it (unless you are installing it on a separate, non-production site for testing only).

I have said this before and I am saying it again. Why aren't they releasing release candidates? Instead of putting out an official release, find out it has glaring bugs, telling people not to use it and wait for the next release and the same cycle repeats. They have thousands of people to test and they don't make use of this vast resource. (shaking my head)
