Hello forum,

I seek your help with a problem connecting to my site, following an upgrade of 4.9.0 to version 5.0.1 ... everything is very well no problem (it's pretty rare to have to report !) and when to "click" on "Login" nothing ... default logon host or admin doesn't work

I checked the web.config .. in vain ... (information .. I have not renamed the release config web config with the necessary information with .. read on a tutorial - All web.config needed changes will be merged and your site will be upgraded. - may be wrong ... however I still apply the "machine key" of release.config to replace the web.config .. but without success ...)

Other information, I am staying with WH4L and have an option for setting up automatic version DNN (4.9.0), so everything is planned for the site is up and running right away (and it works very well) except that I have not tried logging on version 4.9.0 - so I do not know if it works - I went directly to the upgrade ..

Hoping to have been clear

Thank you for your help

Thierry

please validate against the previously used web.config file, that the machine key has not been altered.

if this does not help, read here how to regain host access.
