Log into Gemini and once logged in you'll get a link on the left to "Vote".  I added a comment to this issue that cross-references this thread, as this thread has quite a lot of details that perhaps could help the DNN development team to resolve (or perhaps not...threading issues are tricky things).

I encourage everyone affected by this issue to Vote this issue up in Gemini to let the DNN Dev team that it's very important to us.

Setting enabled = 1 in webservers cleared most schedule errors except the schedule history runs and succeeds but checking the table reveals 5k + rows.

I just did a cursory check of around 20 installations and thought it was interesting that many of the newer installs - originally installed as v5.4/5.5/5.6 - needed the enabled flag set to true. The sites that were originally v4 and upgraded to v5 all had the flag set correctly.
