I fixed the Mysql problem by switching to Microsoft SQL server 2005, but now it won't let me login as host or admin because I don't have SSL set up on my server. Is there any workaround for this? Again any help is greatly appericiated.

You don't need SSL to run DNN ( without a certificate, you cannot use https:// protocol).

What is the concrete issue you are observing when trying to login?

Check out this procedure to regain login.

When I attempt to log in as either host or admin it gives me this:

  A critical error has occurred.
The application is configured to issue secure cookies. These cookies require the browser to issue the request over SSL (https protocol). However, the current request is not over SSL.

I never configured it to require SSL so I was wondering if there was a variable some place I needed to change to disable that.
