how to customize the menu of a module, e.g. Text/HTML?

the menu: Edit,Import,...,Move

The module's action menu is controlled by the module itself.  As an end user, you cannot change it.

As a module developer, you can add actions to it by implementing the IActionable interface.

I want to remove the Help and Online Help menu items for modules Text/HTML,Child Page List. Seems that I need to modify the module itself and reinstall it into DNN? But I have browse all the ascx,cs files in the installation package of the module Child Page List and didn't find the code for the menu.

You can turn of online help in host settings for all modules.
