The link is the orange background, that's why it's being underlined.
The easiest way to solve this is to add an extra span around the link text and address that with the CSS mentioned before.

 

Close but no cigar. Anyone else got a lifeline? I got it to work for the most part in FF but it then obliderated it in IE. Beforehand it works in IE but not FF.
