The AD authentication provider is not installed.

/bin/Providers/DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.dll does not exist. There are only three files under the providers directory:

  1. DotNetNuke.Authentication.LiveID.dll
  2. DotNetNuke.Authentication.OpenID.dll
  3. Janrain.OpenId.dll
