i am trying to use the same structure but it looks like when i export the data it adds element tags like this:

notice the <Ordinance_UDT_Caption> tag???

looks like DNN does something with the original column of <Ordinance>

being that this is new data what do i put in place???????

I just used this application too, and it worked fine for me. Except: I couldn't get it working from within Windows (XP), no file was created. So I open a CMD-box en typed "csv2udtimport.exe mycsvfile.csv". Then it worked fine. After a few hours of muddling with the xml-import I gave up on that and found this link. Really great, thanks for giving this link!
