It's true, there is not much to it. But, if there is no obvious in-your-face option (in Site Settings), things tend to get forgotten. I have to admit, I forgot more than once. Also, knowing to upload a file/doing it versus having a simple setting to upload a file (just like the logo for example) is what user experience is all about. By that logic, we could dispense with a lot of the site or host settings and just edit web.config or the db directly. My vote is FOR such an option, especially since it would have helped me complete a step, that I forgot.
