Hi, Im getting the above error message 95% of time I am opening a page on my dnn site (4.09.03).

It is occuring both when logged in & just anonomously browsing the site.

A check of the iss logs found a heap of entries with the following GET /Portals/_default/Skins/MinimalExtropy/images/bread_bg_gray.png

ive done some searches in the website files on the webserver & cant locate this file anywhere.

there is other sites with their own dnn instance on this web server & all are experienceing no problems.

Thanks in advance
