Hello all... I am following the instructions on the manual to upgrade from 3.x to 4.x, I am  not experieced with ASP but I was able to make the web.config changes and I am getting this error

Server Error in '/DNN' Application.

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: '<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line 142, position 3.

 It looks like you are missing a closing quote on line 141.  It should be <customErrors mode="off" />
