Huh?  I thought we were an anarco-sydicalist commune with each moderator taking it in turn to be a sort of executive officer for the week.  
 
Well, I hope at least that all DotNetNuke Corp. decisions are ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs...

No that's the wrong department, you are in fact talking about the "commune of anarco-sydicalists".... John (or was his name Fred) runs that one (anyway, I think he is the sole member).
