 Hi - If you only want to use links and no postbacks, then the survey module doesn't sound like it will work for you at all. The amount of work you'd have to go through to modify it to use only links would be pretty enormous. As mentioned, the module expects data in the view_state to record it. You would have to write a javascript function that collected that data and sent it to another page via the URL, then modify the survey module to read in those new URL paramaters and store them from that source, and not the view_state like ASP is used for.

There are probably a hundred other little hiccups that will thwart your efforts to do such an action.

A custom HTML page in an IFrame would probably be more better faster, IMO.
