I have not used the service, but DNNCovered.com is a well established & reputable DNN Skin Designer/Provider, so if anyone could do this, it is them.

Why is table so bad for layout? Does anybody have a link where this is clearyfied because I have to update myself on this .... how important is it to update every old skin that has been using table fo rlayout? ... will the DNN 4 table layout skin work in DNN5?

Am I the only one who is not so happy about the CSS Skins? When a module needs more space it tends to "fly off to the right-hand side into nowhere". With table based skins the screen just widens and the module stays in the container.

I don't believe there's a tool which converts from psd straight to dnn. There are some tools which do it from psd to html. Check out Sitegrinder in the link above.

You will still have then manually convert from the output html to a dnn skin. You should consider if you want to go through that route or have a service do all the conversion for you.
