look into a dynamic dns account somewhere. e.g. dyndns.org

Yes, I have created a dynamic dns a/c in no-ip.com. but I can only access my page with no-ip domain when I set portal alias with actual ip,.If I just set no-ip domain as portal alias. It fails.

Does anyone have experience on it?

Add both portal aliases to your portal, however, I am sure, seetting up your DNN installation in a hosted environment will be easier to maintan and more stable and better connected to the internet.
