1.    In 5.1.1 it does not look like you can give 'Pages' access to non admin users.

2.    Why is there a 'Tabs' module in the dropdown?    Tabs is pages but reverted back to the naming Tabs?   Also, it doesn't seem to work...  I gave permission to a 'user' not 'role' and it says does not have permission.

Brian,

AFAIK there is a naming issue, due to using the wrong object property, please check out support.dotnetnuke.com, whether it has already been logged and maybe ficed for DNN 5.1.2. If not logged, please help us by logging it yourself into the public tracker (2nd from top). 

Where and which permission did you grant? Users need edit permission in module settings.

HI all,

How about DNN 6? How can this be achieved?

I noticed I can give non admin users access to the user account modules, but I cant get them to actually create users? anyone got any ideas how this is possible?
