Hello

I have asked this question before and I am sorry for reposting but the thread seems to have slipped away unnoticed without a solution.

My problem:  I am unable to get rid of the default black background of the container head/title section.

I have downloaded and used the: IE Developer Toolbar : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e59c3964-672d-4511-bb3e-2d5e1db91038&DisplayLang=en

I have that it shows backgroundColor: black, which is shown as the default. It seems that no mater what colour background I have set in either the skin or container.css files or both.  The container is ignoring everything.  I have tried different containers from different sources and the result is the same, except where it contains a background image as say for example the DNN blue container.

I still have not found where I can change the default black colour, as it is not in either my containcer.css, my skin.css or the default.css.  I don't know where else to look.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Regards

Laura

Look for this -

/* background/border colors for the selected tab */
.TabBg {
}

Hi Sam

Thanks for the reply and suggestion.  However, removing the . TavBg {}  has not changed anything.

Are you using one of the default skins, or something else?

Sometimeswhen I get annoying things like this happen I do a search in all my css files - including portal, default, skin, whatever for anything that is either #000000 or #000  or black.

Because we can't exactly see the skin, or the module, or the container code, we're just giving you suggestions.

Perhaps putting your css or skin code here for people to see we can help more.
