I just uploaded another possible simple solution to my site. It should reset any user account on your instance with a fresh password... You can download the file here. Extract/Upload the setpwd.aspx file to your website, make sure you know the correct userid / portalild for the user you want to reset the password for...

Then navigate to http://yourwebsite.com/setpwd.aspx?userid=##&portalid=## (you need to replace the yourwebsite.com and ## values before running this script). The script will return your new password, or an error message

Make sure to remove this file from your production / development website, as it's just a possible security hole waiting to be exploited.

You cannot get host password from some settings in DNN.But you can change your password by modifying in DB the table "aspnet_Membership". The pwd is in encrypted form. so the user whose password you know, you can copy password and passwordsalt column entry for that particular user in your host row. So the new password of host will be the one which is kept for that registered user.
