Hi,

Please let me know the settings to fire  postback event in view mode.

I have added my own module which contains some dropdowns and buttons.Events dont get fired in View Mode (if user has only view permissions) but please not events works ok in Edit Mode.

Please help.Its urgent.

In the module's settings, be sure to set the Cache Time to 0. You should also set the Default Cache Time to either 0 or -1 in the module's Host-->Module Definitions so that the cache time will default to 0 when new instance of the module are added to a page.

Yes, when i set Cache Time to -1. the postback events get fire in view mode.
