Ok, there is some more odd behaviour now - it's hard to tell if it's caching or not.

Basically Google Cache is showing my complete home page (some mods are set to 236 cache time and the top left and bottom left footer HTML mods are set to 0).

I loaded up Safari again and emulated the Google Bot UserAgent and now it is gone again with the exception of the 2 mods that are set to 0. There is something strange about this as it worked yesterday briefly on the other mods too...

Another interesting observation: I loaded up a Safari and a FF browser with both UserAgents set to the Google Bot and viewed my home page. All content was missing in both except for the 2 mods set to 0 caching. I then restarted the app and all the content appeared again.... I'm sure at some point it will disappear again too...

*Update* - a few hours later and all content disappears except for the ones set to 0 cache..

I would try one or multiple pages with just one html module - nothing else - No content other than text in html module - default DNN skin if you've got it perhaps.
Maybe there's a clue in the html code that is being rendered?

This may be a big red herring.... however I could be onto something.

I was looking at poker DIY cached in google just now and got blank pages with an error. ONLY with IE8 and not all the time.

I just got:

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; .NET CLR 3.5.21022; MS-RTC LM 8; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

If I click on "Text Only Version" - I get full content!

Suggestions for my crack pot theory:

* Stop jquery being picked up via http://ajax.googleapis.com and go local.
I know you can easily change the settings with DNN 5, you might need to hack DNN 4.9.4 (not sure how).
Maybe jquery is going local though, maybe google is replacing jquery code with it's own code/file path in cache for performance purposes.

* Check the text only version of google cache when you get blank content.

* Try IE8.

*Blame google maybe (like that's going to help!)

NB that was with find a poker league page.

If I try the find by map page - it comes up with a Google Maps API error!

I don't think this is related, but it's a good suggestion anyway - I'll switch the script to a local one in case people have high-security settings.
