I have just done a test upgrade from 4.9.0 to 5.1.1.  My parent portal seems to be working fine, however my child portals are a mixed bag.  If I navigate to a child portal page through the old style URL it works as expected.  However, when I click on a link in the Nav Menu it sends me to a simularly named page on the parent portal.  On closer inspection it seems that anything using the NavigateURL() function is not work as expected.  Is this a bug in 5.1.1 or have I got something configured wrong.

http://server/child/ContactUs/tabid/187/language/en-US/Default.aspx  --- works fine

http://server/child/ContactUs.aspx --- Should be returned by NavigateURL(187)

http://server/ContactUs.aspx --- Actually returned by NavigateURL(187)

Hi< Tim,
I noticed that DNN 5.1.1 website behaves himself so (redirecting all child links to parent ones) if launched from VS File System, i.e. using internal webserver aka using dynamic ports.
But if launched from Local IIS (i.e. without suffixing the website name with port numbers) it seem works though I did not test it thoroughly

Anyway I am interested to know which part of code is culprit of it
