My site settings button on the admin toolbar at the top is grey as if it has been dissabled.

When accessing the site settings page from the icon on the admin screen it takes me to

an empty page that seems like the right link "MySite/Admin/SiteSettings.aspx" but nothing

shows up on this page its just empty. I need to access the screen to change registration

type to verifyed. Does anyone know how to add that module back to the page, I don't think

I deleted it because I checked the recycle bin and there is nothing there and on SQL in tabs

table IsDeleted is set to 0.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
