  • do not touch web.config file manually.
  • make sure, to run DNN in integrated (pipeline) mode in IIS 7

I have IIS6 so I don't know how or what I need to change in order for it to run in integrated pipeline, and I have a seperate sql 2008 database in which I want to install all the tables in rather than the express edition. is their any insight regarding my issue.

I cannot just upgrade IIS7 as I am not sure if that will break or give issues to sharepoint 2007 server install that I have in place, so I don't want to make changes that I don't know what the end results will be.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Wasay

sorry, I was misled by the comment in source code. DNN 5.1.4 should run with IIS 6 as well, but you should restore situation before upgrade and ungrade without touching web.config manually.
